Can you imagine a future in which people do not *need* to *work*, in the sense that it is not required for their own personal subsistence? Why *should* humans need to "find work"? Could a benefit of work becoming automated be that we don't have to do it? Or will automation *always* be geared to increasing the power of a minuscule minority? To address your question more directly: people **already** can't "find work" . A lot of them. Some of them drown trying to get to a place where they can.
