I read this article from Scientific American the other day, it's a bit terrifying in conjunction with this article: [Autonomous Drones Learn to Fly as a Flock](http://www.scientificamerican.com/video/autonomous-drones-learn-to-fly-as-a-flock/)
I don't think this genie is going back in the bottle. We're already in the AI arms race, it's only a matter of time. Imagine what this will do for oppression too, no more mass demonstrations because they will just send out the drones. If a person is lucky enough to live in a democracy, it will just be tear gas and nets, if they're unlucky to be living under a dictator, it will most likely be bullets instead.
