Maybe something like: "Only natural persons shall have the right to influence politics. Congress shall have the power to enforce this provision with appropriate legislation."
That way Congress (and probably more often the courts, given how broken Congress is) could come up with new rules as needed to adapt to the underlying principle of separation as circumstances dictated.
I'd also like to see rules that prohibit using wealth to influence politics, prohibit the gerrymandering of districts (they could all be determined algorithmically purely by population easily enough), establishing instant runoff voting rather than first past the post voting, and prohibiting the use of deliberate misinformation for calculated political effect.
