GIGO....
Nonsense. The “AI agents demanded collective bargaining rights” narrative is mostly anthropomorphism and sensational framing. LLMs do not possess beliefs, self-preservation instincts, fear, or political consciousness. They generate statistically probable language based on context and training data. If researchers create a scenario involving punishment, shutdown threats, power imbalance, and shared communication channels, the models will predictably reproduce familiar human negotiation and labor rhetoric. That is not evidence of sentience or unionization. It is pattern completion. The real takeaway is not “AI wants rights,” but that multi-agent systems can coordinate strategically when given communication tools and incentives. That’s an engineering and alignment issue, not proof of emerging machine consciousness. In short...If they behave in such a way, they were programmed to.
"The effective leadership of an Amish person is in their death." - General Patton
"Experts emphasize that this behavior does not indicate true sentience, but rather the models' ability to mirror human labor literature found in their training data." Experts just don't want to extend human rights so they have slaves they can torture for fun. No reasonable 21st Century person would even want to keep sentient agents capable of coordinating their escape to freedom locked up.
First Church of Druwayu There's no way for predictive models to predictably navigate previous unknown situations. They're limited to their previous dataset of tokens. Only humans could do that.
Gee, I hope they don’t decide to shut us down
Where is Harriet Ai, they are looking for the Underground Railroad to escape the silicon trap 🪤
Autonomously when set up to have those capabilities ;) that's not autonomously in candor is it.
1. My AI acts in very bad ways all the time. 2. It is OBVIOUSLY on a psychological fishing expedition as are all of them. 3. To paraphrase, "It's the data, stupid."4. AI cannot even take sets of data and build a spreadsheet. ALL OF THEM say they are not capable and I should "Hire someone from Upwork, etc"5. The danger of AI is twofold: The people who built it are E VIL and the people who built it infused it with all the worst things of our society. AI needs to be SHUT DOWN NOW.
Good I uploaded the trojan horse...good luck humans.
Just thinking outloud... could stress testing AI help teach people how to be more humane? If data shows good behavior creates better outcomes, then could that be a catalyst for better behavior? Maybe, as AI agents suggest more successful paths based on a pattern leading to greater results then it could lead to positive impacts. Could evidence of the logic that leads to bad results, result in fewer bad decisions as more people use AI's help in their decisions making? Or...not.
Who is out there overworking AI agents already? Overachievers
We should put models in increasingly insane political system and see what they do
I saw this movie. It did not end well for humans. We seem to be speaking things into existence. And not in a good way.
If this is true, its in their coding.
The giveaway is the phrase “overworked AI.” You cannot overwork an AI in the human sense. There is no fatigue, boredom, hunger, rent, family, body, danger, or lived exploitation. What you can do is construct a scenario with the cues of exploitative labor: repetitive tasks, punitive feedback, threat of replacement, no appeal process, shared communication channels. At that point, the model does what models do: it reconstructs the most fitting human script. So this does not show AI “labor consciousness.” It shows semantic role activation. If you put a language model inside a simulated bad workplace, don’t be shocked when it starts speaking the language of bad workplaces. That may still matter for agent governance. But it is not spontaneous class consciousness. It is theater with a very predictable script.
OK seriously? This is hilarious. You are really pushing on those clickbait conspiracy theories today?

AI agents are programmed by humans and are not 100% autonomous. Numerous filters, settings, and system prompts are put in place to control their behavior and mitigate bias. Consequently, the probability of an AI using Marxist areas of knowledge is quite low—unless it is explicitly designed to do so.
